What is default group

• The customers who have not been allotted any group will be in the Default Group.
• Select the customers and then register the name for the group and submit the information.
• The new group will be added to the list of groups.
• Within the group you can change the sequence of customers which helps in management of the route.
• You can also change the group of the customer by simply adding the customer in the new group.
