- Jar Delivery Status
The customer gets an instant update of Jar delivery status on their phone by Red and Green indicator.
- Rate the Delivery
Customers can rate their water supplier and comment.
- Bills & Ledger
Customers can find all Payment details in the Bills & Ledger Option.
- Due Amount
Customers can pay their bill at any time as per their convenience through Customer App by tapping on Pay Now Button.
- Set Off Days
If the customer is going on vacation or does not need a jar on special days, then they can select off those days.
- Changes in Delivery?
Customers can increase and decrease the number of jars to be delivered as per their requirements. Information about this will be sent to their water supplier.
- Jar Delivery Frequency
Customers can also review their jar delivery frequency - Daily, Alternate Day or Seleted WeekDays.
- Update Information
Customers can change their phone number or address by tapping on their name in the drawer option.
